Jan term and spring 2026 registration will open by appointment Monday, November 3, 2025. 

Below are the registration times for McMinnville undergraduate students based on completed credits. Courses you are currently enrolled in will not count toward this total. Transcripts for courses taken elsewhere must arrive in Linfield's Office of the Registrar by October 20, 2025, in order to be evaluated in time to count toward your completed credits for registration. 

To determine your completed credits: 

1. Access Self-Service. 

1. Click on the left-hand menu, then "Academics", then "Unofficial Transcripts." Download Unofficial Transcript. The end of the last semester will show your total completed. 

OR 

1. Access Self-Service. 

1. Click on the left-hand menu, then "Academics", then "Student Planning," then "My Progress." This shows the total credits on the right side of the screen. NOTE: this is number listed in the bright green part of the bar. 

Once you know your completed credits, find your number of completed credits on the chart below to discover the time at which you may begin registration. You may NOT register before your assigned registration slot, but you may register at any time after it.

Students with 0 completed credits, by first letter of last name (randomized) 

Jan and spring 2026 registration will open on Monday, November 3, by appointment time. Specific appointment times will be posted by early October.

Students starting the Traditional BSN program in spring 2026 will register on Monday, December 22.

Jan and spring 2026 registration will open in self-service on Monday, October 27, 2025.

This includes MEPN, RN to BSN, Accelerated BSN and nonprofit management students.

Fall semester registration is now open through self-service!

Winter semester will open for registration beginning Monday, October 27, 2025.

Jan and spring 2026 registration will open for all students on Monday, November 3, 2025.

If you wish to register for one undergraduate course and have not been admitted to a Linfield degree, certificate or endorsement program, you must apply for admission as a non-degree student. The non-degree application form will also serve as a course add form. The registrar’s office began processing registrations for spring semester on December 1, 2025.
