Dr. Ed Lisoski has more than 18 years of experience teaching at the university level, both online and in the classroom. He has taught courses for Northeastern University, Champlain College, 探花直播 and Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas.
Before transitioning into higher education, Dr. Lisoski spent nearly 37 years with ETHICON Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company. He began his career in operations as a supervisor in various manufacturing departments before moving into human resources, where he worked for 31 years as plant human resources manager. His responsibilities spanned labor and employee relations, benefits, compensation, training, organizational development, safety and environmental management. While he worked in both corporate and operations settings, he preferred the dynamics of the operations environment.
Outside of his professional work, Dr. Lisoski enjoys fix-it projects around the house, traveling with his wife and children and exercising. He and his wife, Debbie, have been married for 45 years, and they are proud parents of four and grandparents of two.
