Carla Rutley Adjunct

Carla Rutley is a marketing professional, educator and workforce development advocate with more than 25 years of experience. She co-founded Country USA, a large outdoor music festival in Wisconsin, where she served as director of marketing and ensured that the organization operated with integrity, consumer focus and effective strategy to meet financial goals. Her career has given her firsthand insight into how research and understanding target audiences drive business decisions.

For more than five years, Rutley has taught at 探花直播, in addition to teaching for several other universities across the country. She is passionate about connecting real-time business examples to classroom learning and about preparing professionals and students for workplace success.

Originally from Wisconsin, Rutley now lives on the Gulf of Mexico but frequently returns home to visit her daughter in Texas, as well as family and friends in Wisconsin.
