Arminda Gandara Adjunct

Arminda Gandara is an art historian, grant writer and curator based in Portland, Oregon, and Honolulu, Hawai‘i. She earned her B.A. in studio art, with minors in French and art history, from 探花直播 and later completed her M.A. in art history and criticism at the University of Texas at San Antonio, specializing in contemporary Mexican photography.
With a deep love for the visual arts, Gandara supports creative production and research through her work as an educator and arts administrator. When not working, she divides her time between Portland and Honolulu, enjoying swimming in the ocean, hiking in the woods and finding inspiration in both the mountains and the water.
